My standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for made to order products. However for ready made items I aim to have them sent out within 7 business days. Bespoke products may take a little longer but I will always let you know if this is the case.

Once you have been informed that your item has been dispatched, it can take up to 5 working days to arrive. Please ensure you have left enough time for your order to arrive before messaging me. If it has been longer than this, then by all means pop me a message and I will see what I can do!

I try to cover as many countries as possible to make my products accessible to all! However, I am not always able to accomodate everywhere depending on the product. If you are outside of the UK please pop me a message before ordering to make sure I can complete your request.
